Who we are

Techmindz Technology Company ("we", "us", "our") is a technology company based in Kuwait City, Kuwait. We provide ERP implementation, AI integration, software development, website and e-commerce development, IT infrastructure and CCTV services, and we publish our own software products.

This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through this website. For anything you send us by email or during a project engagement, the same principles apply.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, and the message you write. You choose what to put in these fields.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server log data: IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive personal information through this website, such as identity document numbers, payment card details, or health information.

Cookies and browser storage

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising pixels on it.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers and Google may receive your IP address as part of that request. If you would prefer this not to happen, fonts can be served from our own domain instead; contact us and we will tell you the current arrangement.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to your enquiry and answer your questions;
• prepare proposals, quotations, and scoping documents you have asked for;
• provide and support the services and products we have agreed to deliver;
• keep records of our business correspondence; and
• comply with legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing purposes. We will not add you to a marketing mailing list on the basis of a contact form enquiry alone.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is necessary:

• with service providers who host this website, deliver our email, or provide the form-handling service, acting on our instructions;
• with professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers, where required; and
• where we are obliged to do so by law, regulation, or a valid order of a competent authority in Kuwait.

Some of these providers may store data outside Kuwait. Where that is the case, we take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that the provider applies an appropriate level of protection.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months, so that we can recognise returning contacts and refer back to earlier conversations. Records relating to projects and contracts are kept for as long as the relationship continues and afterwards for the period required by applicable law and our own audit needs. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access — including access control on our systems, encryption of data in transit, and limiting access to staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete information we no longer have a reason to keep; or
• stop using your information for a particular purpose.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and professional users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
